Fragrance Hotel Selegie is within walking distance to LTA Academy (Venue for Summit on 4th November 2008). Bayview Hotel Singapore is a short ride by bus/train/taxi to both summit venues. |

* Room rates listed above are exclusive of prevailing taxes (10% service charge and 7% GST) but inclusive of daily breakfast (breakfast for one person for single room booking and breakfasts for 2 persons for twin room booking). |

Please note that you can only check-in to your room from 14:00 hrs on the date of check-in. If you are arriving early in the morning and wish to check-in upon arrival, you will have to reserve the room starting from the day before. |

The official check-out time at the listed hotels is 12 noon on the day of check-out. Late check out can be requested, subject to room availability. |
| 6. |
The room rates are guaranteed until 4th November 2008 or when the allotment for the particular hotel is fully taken up, whichever is earlier. Please register early. |

Credit card information is to be stated clearly to secure a room booking. The hotel will hold your card information as guarantee for room night(s). Please refer to cancellation policy for card deduction. |

Please ensure that your check-in, check-out dates and the number of room nights are correctly entered, as no shortening of the number of room nights reserved are allowed upon confirmation. |

Receipt of the reservation form does NOT constitute confirmation of reservation. Your reservation will be subjected to the availability of room(s) at the selected hotel. The conference secretariat will contact you by email within one week of receipt of your reservation form. |

If there is no room available at the hotel of your choice, alternative hotel(s) of similar category will be recommended for your consideration. |

Cancellation Policy |

Cancellations are to be made in writing to WUTLS 2008 Secretariat, AV Consultants Pte Ltd. |
| 2. |
For cancellation notice received two weeks or more than 3 days before check-in date, an administration charge of S$50 will be imposed by WUTLS 2008 Secretariat, AV Consultants Pte Ltd. |
| 3. |
For cancellation received between 3 days to before check-in date, a one-night room charge will be charged by the respective hotel and an administration fee of S$50 by WUTLS 2008 Secretariat, AV Consultants Pte Ltd. |
